1. What is your warranty and RMA rate for ram memory?

We provide life time warranty, the RMA rate is lower than 0.1%

2. How should we deal with RMA ?

Normally, our customers will send to us by DHL or other express. We will inform them what product and value to put on customs invoice. And we know how to do customs clearance. It would be easy for us to receive the RMA parcel. Then we will send you new replacements after receiving them.

3.How long will you ship products after I place the order?

2 days. Normally, we have goods in stock.

4.Can we visit your factory?

Yes, it is welcome. Just feel free to contact our salesman.

5.Can you do customization?

Yes, we have a professional design team.They will design as what you need.

6. Is the ram original?

We use all new 3RD chips on ram, like Hynix, Samsung, Micron, Elpida etc.

7. What is your payment term?
