1. What is your RMA rate for motherboard?
According to our 12 years experience, this rate is lower than 1% now.
2.How should we deal with RMA ?Should we pay for the shipping cost if we sent RMA back to you?
Normally, when you have RMA motherboard. We will solve as below.
If you can send the goods back to us, we will repair them or send the new replacements;
If you can not send back to us and you can repair in local market, we will pay the repair fee;
If you can not repair in local, then we can discuss and compensate some value .
Or if you have better ways, we are willing to hear that.
3.How long will you ship products after I place the order?
If we have goods in stock, we can send you after order placed. If we do not have goods in stock, the leading time of neutral motherboard is around 15-20 days. If you do customized order, it will need around 30 days.
4.Can we visit your factory?
Yes, it is welcome. Just feel free to contact our salesman.
5.Can you design for us?
Yes, it is free and we can design according to what you need. We have a professional design team.
